After more than two decades leading organizations at the highest level, I chose to become a Pinnacle Business Guide because I believe great leadership is never accidental—it is intentional, disciplined, and learned. Throughout my career, I have seen firsthand how clarity of vision, strong culture, and effective execution transform companies and the people within them. Now, I am committed to helping other leaders experience that same transformation.
As a former President and CEO, and currently serving as Chairman of the Board, I understand the weight of responsibility that comes with leading teams, managing growth, and navigating challenges. My journey taught me that success is not only measured in financial results, but also in building organizations where people thrive and leaders grow. That perspective is what drives my passion for teaching, coaching, and guiding others to reach their full potential.
The Pinnacle framework allows me to combine proven business disciplines with my personal experience to deliver practical, actionable guidance. I am energized by working with leaders who are ready to elevate their companies and their lives, and I take great satisfaction in seeing those “light bulb” moments when clarity and confidence replace doubt and hesitation.
At this stage in my life and career, guiding others is more than a profession—it is my calling. Helping CEOs, Presidents, and leadership teams achieve alignment, growth, and fulfillment allows me to continue contributing, teaching, and giving back in a meaningful way. My faith is also an important aspect of who I am, influencing not only how I lead, but how I serve others.
Beyond business, I am passionate about health and personal growth. Over the past two years, I’ve been on a transformative weight-loss journey, shedding 104 pounds and rediscovering the joy of strength, energy, and vitality. I enjoy working out regularly, setting goals, and pushing myself to improve—not unlike the same intentional discipline I bring to business leadership.
Family is my greatest joy. I live in Las Vegas with my wonderful wife, Ann. Together, through the blessings of marriage, mergers, and acquisitions of the family kind, we have seven children and twenty-three grandchildren. They inspire me daily and keep me grounded in what truly matters.
Leadership, faith, family, and personal growth—these are my passions, and they are the foundation for the work I do every day with leaders who want to grow their businesses and live more fulfilled lives.
